We offer connections via multiple providers meaning that you have a better choice of connection. We use standard BT IP Stream and LLU.
Each package includes 250Mb of free premium UK web space plus unlimited email addresses protected by our advanced email protection service.
All of our packages are supplied on a one month rolling contract. We believe in choice and you can change your service or migrate away when you decide.

How long does it take to activate broadband on new line?
A.
Normally within 7 days and you'll be able to track the progression of your order via our customer portal. New broadband activations cost £40 for both ADSL MAX and LLU orders. If you already have an active service, we suggest using a MAC code from your current provider.

During busy periods, do you implement traffic throttling (ALT) or shaping?
A.
No. As we do not over-sell the amount of capacity on the network like some other providers, your connection will not be limited to significantly slower speeds at busy times.

Am I able to view my usage online so that I can keep track of my monthly allowance?
A.
Yes. We provide per hour, day and month usage figures and graphs for all broadband lines. You can even setup your own alerts (email or SMS) to inform you when you are near to your inclusive package limit.

Do you support migrations and is there a minimum contract period?
A.
Yes, you can migrate to and from us. Inbound migrations from another provider can take upto 7 days and attract a one-off fee of £11 (IPStream) or £40 (LLU).

Do you offer a separate off-peak allowance and is upload data counted?
A.
Yes, on our Home and Office (BT) packages, there are peak and off-peak times. Off-peak is not counted. Pro 24 has a 24/7 usage count. Upload is counted on all packages.

Q.
What additional services can I add to my line?
A.
We offer a number of services such as Enhanced Care, QoS Management, Remote Firewall, Bonding (MLPPP - Multilink PPP) and hardware management. Please contact sales to discuss any additional requirements you may have.
Q.
Is there a charge to cancel my service?
A.
If you want to cancel your service there is a charge of £25. This does not apply to certain outbound migrations.

I'd like to have a block of IP addresses for my home or office. Is this possible?
A.
Yes, all lines are supplied with one static IP address. We're able to supply blocks of 4, 8, 16, 32 or bigger subject to justification. All customers are able to alter their own reverse DNS via the customer portal.
Q.
What are the charges for usage outside of the inclusive allowance?
A.
For each 1GB over your included allowance, you will be billed £1.10 for BT products, and £0.80 for LLU.
